摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polycarbonate-based polyurethane resin composition giving a plush-tone leather-like sheet having excellent touch feeling and durability and provide the plush-tone leather-like sheet produced by using the composition. SOLUTION: A polycarbonate-based polyurethane resin having an organopolysiloxy group on the molecular side chain is produced by using an organopolysiloxane having a number-average molecular weight (Mn) of 10,000-20,000 and a polyol at a ratio of 0.1-5 pts.wt. of the organopolysiloxane based on 100 pts.wt. of the polyol.
