摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an expansion material capable of adding a stable expansion power which can resist sufficiently against the shrinkage of mortar or concrete or an external pressure by that inexpensive quicklime can be sufficiently used as the expansion material for mortar or concrete without complicated processing such that a clinker fired product is produced by conventionally adding of other raw material components and without cost increasing, in particular the expansion material capable of introducing chemical prestress without a massive use, and to provide concrete where chemical prestress can be introduced.
SOLUTION: The effective component in the expansion material for mortar or concrete is granulated quicklime having a particle size composition such that particle diameter of 90 μm or less is 90 wt% or more, particle diameter of 10 μm or less is 50-90 wt% and particle diameter of 2.2 μm or less is 18-30 wt%. The concrete involves cement of 100 pts.wt. and the expansion material for mortar concrete of 5-20 pts.wt.
