When the time needed for the requirements to be satisfied is less than the set time, control of the braking fluid pressure is inhibited after the requirements for starting pressure reduction are not satisfied.

Since the front wheel is not influenced by the control of said brake pressure, controllability is surely ensured by the three wheels. In this way, the proper control of the brake pressure and the controllability can be ensured by at least the three wheels.

The target hydraulic pressure shall be of a constant valve or shall be of a value corresponding to the condition of road surfaces, which is set up as a control target for a drive control means 106. The pressure control valve device 102 is driven by the drive control means 106, braking hydraulic pressure to be supplied to the wheel cylinder 51 is thereby regulated to the aforesaid target hydraulic pressure.

    • PURPOSE:To control electric current running to an electric coil and successively regulate the wheel braking pressure by inserting through an electric coil a means which conducts electric current to place a valve body in more than one points between the primary position and the secondary position of the valve body. CONSTITUTION:In a pressure control valve device 3 of which each is mounted in the way of a piping carrying the braking pressure generated by a master cylinder 2 to each of wheel brakes 6, an electromagnetic valve 120 is incorporated in said device 3 as a main part thereof. A return driving means 124 gives the return driving force to the valve body 22 to drive it in the return (right) direction from the second position to the first position. On the other hand, an output affecting space 25 is communicated with an output port 27 so that the pressure at the output port 25, that is, the wheel braking force is applied to the valve body 122 as the go-direction driving pressure, and furthermore the electric coil 123 gives the valve body 122 the return-direction driving force corresponding to the height of supply current. The braking pressure corresponding to (in reverse proportion to) the height I of supply current across the electric coil 124 may then be applied to the wheel brake 6.
