    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve joining property in a simple constitution and simple work by disposing a laminated body of low heat-resistance fibers on the outside of a furnace of a block, disposing a laminated body of high heat-resistant fibers on the inside of the furnace, and disposing a blanket having high heat resistance and recovering property in the center part of the block and on both side faces. SOLUTION: A laminated body 1 comprising low heat-resistant fibers such as ceramic fibers is disposed on the outside of the furnace of the block. A laminated body 2 comprising high heat-resistant fibers such as alumina fibers is disposed on the inside of the furnace of the block. Further, blankets 3, 4 or mats comprising high heat-resistant fibers such as alumina fibers are disposed in the center part and both side faces of the block. Since the outside of the furnace of the block is not exposed directly to high temp., a material having rather low heat resistance is used to decrease the material cost. The high heat- resistant fiber disposed in the center and both sides of the block absorbs thermal expansion and contraction in a hot process of the low heat-resistant fiber to prevent cracks on the base, and further protects the low heat-resistant fiber on the outside of the furnace of the block from high temp.
