    • PURPOSE:To make a restoration plan with a good efficiency by selecting a restoration procedure for a past accident case similar to the accident state of a case in question and by inferring said plan from a rule necessary for making said restoration procedure and form the information of the state of system operation before and after said accident. CONSTITUTION:When a power failure accident occurs in an electric system 1, an accident equipment is decided and an unusable equipment is fixed, information to that effect is inputted to a digital computer 3 via an input device 2. An equipment operating before and after the accident of said unusable equipment, the magnitude of a load, the output of a power station, etc., are stored in a storage means 31. Then, the comparison of a case in question with past accident cases stored in said storage means 31 is performed by a computing means 33. When there is any similar accident, the practicability of a restoration procedure of said similar accident is checked and said restoration procedure is optimized. When it is judged that there is no similar accident, the knowledge of a storage means 34 is used so that a computing means (inference engine) 35 is drawing an inference therefrom while amending said inference to make the optimal restoration procedure.

    • PURPOSE:To determine a breaker conducting quick restoration and the operation of disconnection by preparing the plan of restoration on service interruption within a wide range and deciding and operating the receiving system of an electric station. CONSTITUTION:The accident of service interruption is generated in a system 1, and the information of a working protective relay and a breaker, the voltage of the inside of the system and the information of a tidal current are taken into a digital computer 3 through an input device 2. The information of the protective relay and the breaker is stored in an arithmetic unit 5 deciding the facilities of the accident and the voltage of the inside of the system and the information of the tidal current in a storage device 7 for preparing the plan of restoration. The facilities of the accident are decided by the arithmetic unit 5, and the result of decision is stored in a storage device 6. The proper data of the system stored in a memory section 81 and the knowledge base of the restoration of the system of a memory section 82 are added, and the plan of restoration is prepared. Knowledge determining the receiving systems of electric stations for the memory section 83 is used on the basis of the plan of the restoration, and inference is conducted by an arithmetic section 9, thus determining the receiving systems of each electric station, the operation of the breaker and a disconnection section.

    • PURPOSE:To contrive to improve a restoration efficiency by referring to a stored accident case and restoration procedure, by making the optimal restoration procedure suitable for an accident in question and by completing said stored restoration procedure by the use of said optimal procedure. CONSTITUTION:When a power failure accident occurs in an electric system, an accident equipment is decided and an unusable equipment is fixed, information to that effect is inputted to a digital computer 3 via an input device 2 so that a restoration plan starts to be made. In view of examination of various accident cases, restoration procedures substantially coincide with each other in accident cases where the following three conditions coincide with each other: 1 A failed or unusable transmitting and transforming equipment, 2 Demand and supply section, concretely, a peak time zone, an intermediate time zone, etc. 3 An unusable generator equipment at the time of an accident. When all three conditions do no coincide with each other, a coinciding accident case is selected in the order of 1, 2 and 3. A restoration procedure selected from a storage means 32 is amended by a computing means 34 to form a restoration procedure more completed than the accident case.
