摘要： PURPOSE: To provide an inexpensive thermal stamp head capable of applying thermal marking capable of visually confirming the standard of a card utilizing state accurately and sharply, simple in structure and capable of being reduced in size and wt. CONSTITUTION: The head substrate of a thermal stamp head is constituted by bonding the electrodes 2 of six heating resistor chips 3 each formed by providing electrodes 2 to both side parts of a flat heating marking part 1 protruding at its central part thereof to seven connection parts having a predetermined interval of the circuit pattern 6 provided to a heat-resistant substrate 5 through conductive paste and placing the heat-resistant substrate 5 on a support plate 7 to connect seven lead electrode pins 8 to the respective connection parts through the through-holes of the heatresistant substrate 5 and the support plate 7. Further, the respective heating resistor chips 3 are covered with a protective cover 4 to constitute a head main body and, in this state, the respective heating marking parts 1 is exposed from the respective window parts of the protective cover 4.

By this method, protruding parts having a fluid sealed therein are formed to one surface of a plastic card on the side of the first oversheet at an arbitrary place.
