摘要： PURPOSE:To remove distortion which increases and decreases with the distance between an MR element and a magnet and to obtain an output signal waveform having no distortion by forming a couple of bent patterns of a magneto- resistance element successively in the direction of a rotary shaft. CONSTITUTION:A silicon substrate 31which is divided into two is formed on a rectangular package 30, and the bent line pattern RA of a ferromagnetic thin film which is bent zigzag having its lengthwise direction in an X direction is formed on one substrate part. Further, the bent line pattern RB of a ferromagnetic thin film which is bent zigzag having its lengthwise direction in a Z direction is formed on the other substrate part, and both patterns RA and RB are connected with each other. This MR element 40 is fixed opposite the position of a rotary body 20 corresponding to the magnet 24. Consequently, the output waveform of the MR element 40 does not varies even if the distance between the MR element 40 and magnet 24 increases or decreases, so the output waveform having no distortion is obtained.

摘要： PURPOSE:To manufacture a pivot bearing with small holes for supplying lubrication oil efficiently by forming small holes along the axle direction in the central hole of a cylinder member made of metal and push-pressing the end surface of the cylinder member in a recessed shape so as to form a bearing part. CONSTITUTION:A pipe 24 made of metal with a central hole 23 going through in the axial direction and a core metal 25 made of metal with its diameter slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the central hole 23 and its outer circumference formed in a serration shape are prepared. After inserting the core metal 25 into the central hole 23, the pipe 24 is compressed by a swagging process so as to shrink its diameter. Consequently, raised parts 25b on the outer circumference of the core metal 25 are brought in press-contact with the inner wall of the central hole 23 and the core metal 25 is integrated with the pipe 24 in one body so that a compound body 27 can be obtained. Plural compound bodies 28 can be obtained by cutting in a prescribed length l. Then, a central area of the end surface 28a of the compound body 28 is push-pressed by a pressing process so as to form a recessed part 28b. This recessed part 28b becomes a bearing part and small holes 26 opening to this recessed part 28b are opened outside the part where the rotary shaft of the bearing part is put in sliding contact and becomes a communication hole for supplying lubrication oil.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enhance the durability of a bearing part and a rotary shaft and the measuring accuracy of a flowmeter, by providing an oil sump part for storing a lubricant to the deep part of a bearing member. CONSTITUTION:When a fluid flows through the flow passage in a flowmeter main body 2 from below to above the fluid passes while rotates the blades of a blade wheel 11. The leading end 12a of the pivot 12 of the blade wheel 11 slides with a receiving bottom 19a to form a meniscus 23. The lubricant of an oil sump chamber 24 is supplied to the receiving bottom 19a by a small amount by the capillary phenomenon of a communication hole 19b. Therefore, the leading end part 12a of the pivot 12 rotates smoothly and stably in the state brought into contact with the meniscus 23 of the lubricant formed to the receiving bottom 19a. When the lubricant is reduced and the meniscus becomes small, the lubricant in the oil sump chamber 24 is supplied to the receiving bottom 19a by a small amount through the communication hole 19b until the surface tension of the meniscus 23 is well-balanced with the head of a fine tube 26. By this method, not only the durability of the bearing part and the rotary shaft but also the measuring accuracy of the flowmeter can be enhanced.

CONSTITUTION:The first valve unit 6 and the second valve unit 7 are provided correlating in the upper and the bottom of a plunger 5 vertically penetrating through the center of a solenoid 4. When the plunger 5 protrudes, the first valve unit 6 is closed. Simultaneously with the above, the second valve unit 7 is latched in a protruding condition by a latch mechanism 8 or released from being latched, holding the valve unit in its closing direction in a latched condition and retracting the valve unit to its released position by spring tension by the release from the latched condition. Accordingly, the second valve unit 7 is held to either closed or released position in every protruding action of the plunger 5.

A valve unit 5 determines its stroke for the nozzle 8 not by manufacturing accuracy of the housing 9 but by the length accuracy of the spacer rod 7 continually obtain a fixed value.

A protrusive bank 19b for preventing an inflow of grease is provided in the upper edge of this cylindrical part 19. Since the protrusive bank 19b prevents the grease, applied being attached to the periphery of the cylindrical part 19, from dripping to a side of the gas circulating hole 19a, a shutoff valve unit, eliminating drip of grease itself, prevents a valve unit 5 from generating a sticking phenomenon of its valve rubber 5b caused by the drip of grease.

A shutoff valve unit, performing the rotary action of a worm shaft 32 of a worm 30, adjusts the height of the pressure receiving plate 18 by moving the cam face 19a to be rotated.
