    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow rate interrupting device that can detect any abnormality of a microcomputer, and investigate its cause and take a measure even if an initial processing is performed in the microcomputer due to the abnormality of the microcomputer.
      SOLUTION: A microcomputer reset pulse oscillation circuit 16 outputs a reset signal accompanied with an abnormal signal outputted from a binarizing circuit 11 in the abnormal condition of a microcomputer 1, and the microcomputer 1 performs initial processing. In case when the microcomputer 1 can read a time-up signal outputted from a watchdog time-up pulse oscillation circuit 17 on the way of the initial processing, it is judged that resetting is done due to the abnormality of microcomputer, and an indication lamp 12 flickers to announce it to the outside.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set the operation function of a gas leak alarm and to receive information which is to be operated in accordance with an instruction from a center by providing a communication means with an automatic metering system and a remote monitoring center system, which is constituted for a different purpose, and a means transmitting various information which the gas leak alarm has to the center. SOLUTION: A CPU 1 detects the drop of the resistance values of a methane gas sensor 2 and a CO gas sensor 3 owing to the occurrence of detection gas through amplifiers 32 and 33 in the respective sensors 2 and 3. The CPU 1 detects the sensor information as the continuous concentration value of gas, compares it with an operation value which is set and judges whether an alarm operation is to be executed or not. Sensor information which the alarm holds is the value of detected gas concentration which is concretely measured. Thus, sensor information is always transmitted to a monitoring center or at prescribed intervals. Consequently, the abnormal change of gas concentration is monitored on a monitoring center-side and abnormality can be detected at timing similar to the alarm.
