摘要： PURPOSE:To construct an underground cavity by sintering a heading wall excavated in a soft foundation with a laser, providing a fine crystal grain super-plastic alloy on the top end of the heading leaving an unsintered part, expanding the alloy with pressurized high temperature gas, and then coiling the alloy to remove the super-plastic property. CONSTITUTION:A heading 2 is excavated in a soft foundation 1 and an opening edge 2a and heading wall 2b are sintered and stabilized with CO2 and a gas laser while being excavated. An unsintered part 2c is purposely left at the front end of the shaft and a plate-like fine crystal grain super-plastic alloy 3 is attached to the end of the heading 2 to close and seal 4 the unsintered part 2c for blocking gas leak. Next, pressurized high temperature gas 5 is supplied to the heading 2 to expand the plate-like alloy 3 into the spherical from for forming a cavity 6. The high temperature gas is recovered 7 from the cavity 6 and low temperature gas is supplied 8 thereto to cool the alloy 3 so that the super-plasticity is terminated to recover the strength and the internal pressure in the cavity 6 is set to 1 atmospheric pressure to permit residence.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enhance the proof strength by forming inclined bonding surfaces at joining parts of laminated members, by forming positioning grooves on the bonding surface, and thereafter by pressing both members against each other with an adhesive being coated over the bonding surfaces. CONSTITUTION:An inclined surface is formed in each of joining parts of laminated members A, B to be joined together, being extended from one side to the other side of the laminated member and having a gradation 1 with respect to the axis of the laminated member. Further, triangular sectional shape grooves 2, 2' are formed on the joining surfaces in parallel with the axis of the members at positions at which they can be meshed with each other, and surfaces 3, 3' perpendicular to the axis of the members are formed at both ends of the grooves 2, 2'. After application of an adhesive over the joining surfaces, the members are positioned orthogonal to the axis of the members, and then are positioned longitudinally with the use of the perpendicular surfaces 3, 3'. Further, fixing device are located at both side surfaces of the joining parts which are then pressed against each other so as to join the laminated members M, N.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an earthquake resistant door in a short period of time at low cost by a method wherein a deformation-absorbing cover is separately provided at the top edge, lock side vertical edge, and corners of a door body, and the outside surface plate of the door body is made larger than the frame of opening so that the door body is mounted as it is to the existing frame. SOLUTION: Deformation absorbing covers 7, 8 are separately attached respectively to an upper frame member 18 and a stile 19 of a supporting frame body 12 of a door body 1 through a deformation absorbing elastic body 10 comprising a U-shaped plate spring 20, and a deformation absorbing cover 9 is attached also to the corner of the body 1 through an elastic body 11. The outside surface plate 13 of the frame body 12 is made larger than the frame 2 of an opening on the side of building and the door body 1 is mounted without correcting or changing the existing frame 2 being the frame of the opening. Hence the door body 1 can be opened even if the frame 2 is deformed at the time of an earthquake by absorbing a vertical force Pa, horizontal force Pb, and oblique force Pc. Thus an earth resistant door can be mounted or replaced in a short period of time at low cost.

CONSTITUTION:Guide plates 64 are fitted so as to surround a main tube 60. The lower half of main tube 60 is restrictively expanded to form an elliptic shape. The opening end of a sub-tube 62 is fitted at the upper side of the main tube 60 to connect to the inside of the main tube 60 and to form a two-stage structure (gourd-shaped structure) as a whole. When the dome is in the opened condition or the movable dome sections 48 are rotated and transferred, since the air within the sub-tube 62 and the main tube 60 are discharged and the tubes are contracted, they do not contact the upper dome section. In the closed condition of the dome, air is supplied into the sub-tube 62 and the main tube 60 to swell them and to force the sub-tube 62 to get in contact with the movable dome sections 48 inn order to seal the clearance between the domes.
