    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an offset printing method capable of obtaining stable printing quality from the initial stage of printing by improving the initial printing properties of a silicone blanket.
      SOLUTION: A solvent being the same or of the same kind as the solvent of an ink paste used for printing is made to permeate beforehand into the silicone blanket which is unused or of which the surface is subjected to drying treatment. Concretely, the paste prepared by using the solvent being the same or of the same kind as that of the ink paste is applied on the whole surface of the silicone blanket and left as it is, so as to make it permeate into the blanket, and the paste is removed afterward from the surface of the blanket.

      SOLUTION: The front electrode 10 for a plasma display panel comprises: a transparent substrate 15; composite electrodes each made up of a transparent electrode 12 and a bus electrode 11 formed on the transparent substrate 15; and a dielectric layer formed to cover the composite electrodes. The bus electrode 11 has a two-layer structure in which a black electrode 11a and a bus main electrode 11b are stacked in this order from the transparent electrode side. The black electrode 11a contains 1-30 wt.% of conductive metal powder, 31-59 wt.% of black metals, and 11-68 wt.% of glass frit. The bus main electrode 11b contains 90-99 wt.% of conductive metal powder and 1-10 wt.% of glass frit.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing plate for flexography capable of uniformly forming a pattern with a thick thickness even when ink containing low viscosity or an aromatic hydrocarbon solvent is used, a method for manufacturing it, and a method for manufacturing an organic EL element using the printing plate.
