    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition which contains a high-density polyethylene, an ethylenic polymer having high transferability of a pest-controlling agent, and the pest-controlling agent, and from which a filament is formed while reducing the frequency of the occurrence of breakage of the filament which occurs when forming the filament.
      SOLUTION: The resin composition contains the high-density polyethylene, an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer, the pest-controlling agent and a carrier. The melt flow rate of the high-density polyethylene is 0.1-10 g/10 min, and the ethylene-α-olefin copolymer satisfies the all following requirements (a1) to (a3); (a1): having 0.5-20 g/10 min melt flow rate; (a2): having 905-935 kg/m
      3 density; and (a3) having ≥40 kJ/mol activation energy of flow. The contents of the ethylene-α-olefin copolymer, the pest-controlling agent and the carrier are 1-15 pts.wt., 0.1-15 pts.wt. and 0.1-20 pts.wt. respectively based on 100 pts.wt. of the high-density polyethylene.
