Bolts 5 for tightening the pedestal are tightened after an opening between the split end parts 411b and 412b of the pair of split pedestals 411 and 412 is restricted.

      SOLUTION: The resin pipe unfolding tool is provided for restoring a flat portion of the resin pipe P which is flatly compressed at its outer periphery side and temporarily closed with internal fluid, into a communicative shape. It comprises a pair of arms 1, 1 closably connected to each other around an opening/closing axial center O parallel to the resin pipe P, a manual screw jack 3 provided between both arms 1, 1 for driving the arms 1, 1 to be opened/closed, and pressure members 5, 5 mounted at the loose ends of the arms 1, 1, respectively. Pressure faces 5a, 5b of the pressure members 5, 5 are formed in a curved shape around the axial center parallel to the resin pipe P. The flat portion of the rein pipe P is fitted between the pressure faces 5a, 5b of the pressure members 5, 5 and the arms 1, 1 are closed by the manual screw jack 3 to press the flat portion in the direction of its major diameter so that the flat portion is restored into an approximately circular shape.
