    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite panel which is a material using a resin excellent in recyclability, which is light and has high strength, which is hard to generate warps and bends, and which excels in heat insulation, and to provide its manufacturing method.
      SOLUTION: The panel is formed by laminating oriented olefinic resin sheets 2, 2 on both surfaces of a thermoplastic resin foam 3. Preferably, the lamination is performed so that the orientation directions of at least two layers of two or more layers of the oriented olefinic resin sheets 2, 2 may mutually be orthogonal, and the sum of products regarding the elastic moduli of the long side direction in the composite panel of the laminated, oriented olefinic resin sheets 2, 2 and the cross-sectional areas of the faces cut to the short side direction is larger than the sum of products regarding the elastic moduli of the short side direction in the composite panel of the oriented olefinic resin sheets 2, 2 and the cross-sectional areas of the faces cut to the long side direction.
