These cutting heads are simultaneously moved vertically and back and forth so as to be adjusted, and the cutting surfaces (a) and (b) of the slice cutters 30a and 30b are thereby set, so that edge preparation works to a work W are then processed.

The table Ab consists of ingress and egress type idling rollers 2, each of which is controlled so as to come in or go out by means of the pressing-in actuating parts 30 of the cutting edge holding body 28.

Through the hole 14, an operation part 18 formed on the bolt 17 is turned from the cutter mounting side. A sleeve 20 having a slot groove 20b is screwed to a tapered female thread part 2a formed at one end of the rotary cylinder 2, and the rotary shaft 10 is fastened to the rotary cylinder 10. An operation part 21 for the sleeve 20 is furnished on the cutter mounting side.
