摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steam superheater with an excellent superheated steam- generating efficiency without taking an installation floor area and at low cost. SOLUTION: The steam superheater 11 operates as a water level of water 13 of an under-water zone in each tube body 12a is adjusted and a high-frequency current is supplied from a power source part 21 to an induction coil 15. When supplied with the high-frequency current, the induction coil 15 generates a high-frequency alternate magnetic field. An induction current flows in each tube body 12a by the alternate magnetic field, and each tube body 12a is heated for the whole length by Joule loss caused by the induction current. Thus, the water 13 of the under-water zone of the tube body 12a proceeds to a space zone above in a stage of steam not exceeding 100°C, and the steam is further heated while it passes the space zone to be outputted as super-heated steam exceeding 100°C. 摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat treatment device having large capacity capable of uniformly heating an object such as fluid and powder. SOLUTION: An annular space for housing or passing the object is formed of a housing 2 and an inner cylinder 5 arranged inside it. A heating element group 4 composed of a large number of chains 11 constituted by connecting an induction heating element 10 made of a nonmagnetic conductive material is arranged in the space. The hating element 10 is induction heated by an induction coil 3 arranged outside the housing 2, and is constituted so as to heat the object via the heating element 10. Since the space for arranging the heating element group 4 is formed in an annular shape, the volume of the space can be increased without increasing the thickness of the heating element group 4 so that the treatment capacity can be increased while securing uniform heating of the heating element group 4.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new casting method which has no casting defects such as shrinkage cavity and the like and in which the core burning, filtering, mold flash and so forth seldom take place in casting the cast iron. SOLUTION: This method comprises a fire-resisting pipe 1 vertically connected to a mold cavity 4 to have the molten metal poured into at the same time of causing of the cast iron, and an induction heating coil 6 arranged outside the pipe 1, to induction-heat and keep the molten metal in a molten condition on one hand and to cool the molten metal in the mold on the other hand. By selecting a proper timing to stop the induction heating so that the desired degree of molten condition in the fire-resisting pipe 1 is kept for a desired length of time after the start of euctic consolidation till its end, the generation of casting defects such as shrinkage cavities in the cast metal, filtrate of molten metal into the core, and flash in the outside mold can be prevented.

The fine particles of the magnetosensitive heating body S is prepared to be pasty, gelatinous or in other states using agar, gelatin or the like as assistant. The alternating magnetic field generator H is so arranged to have an air core coil allowed to engage the living body 10 and to make a pair of magnetic poles 5 and 5' of an electromagnetic 3 serve as a magnetic output part. Preferably, reciprocally rotating mechanisms 8 and 8' are provided to reciprocally rotate the electromagnet centered on a specified position inside the living body 10.
