摘要： PURPOSE:To enable the control of the back flow and at the same time, attempt the increase and stabilization of the spiral flow of a Coanda spiral flow by providing a plurality of annular slits at a space between a pipe passage and an opening end. CONSTITUTION:A Coanda spiral flow generating device consists of units 1, 2, 3. As for the unit 1 connected with a pipe passage 4, a cylindrical pipe 5 is connected with this pipe passage 4, and the diameter becomes gradually larger in the opposite direction. A pressurizing fluid is sent in at the end portion of this cylindrical pipe 5 from the latitudinal direction through an introductory passage 6. An annular slit 7 is provided at the end portion of the cylindrical pipe 5 for this purpose of sending-in. From this annular slit 7 is formed a curved surface 8 curving smoothly toward the direction of the pipe passage 4. On the opposite side to the curved surface 8 is provided a bended wall surface 9 which bends the end portion of the unit 2 at a right angle or in an acute angle shape. This bended wall surface 9 is freely movable by means of a screw portion 10. As a result, the space of the annular slit 7 is made to be able to be freely regulated. An annular slit 12, likewise, can be regulated.

摘要： PURPOSE:To pass a wire or a cable smoothly through a long distance conduit without causing damage, by supplying Coanda flow toward an exit. CONSTITUTION:Cone bodies 6-8 having inclined inner faces are arranged at joints of conduits 1-4 having different diameters. A device 9 for producing Coanda spiral flow as a compression flow is mounted at the inlet of the conduit 1. A wire 5 is pulled by a winder 10 at the outlet of the conduit 4. Coanda flow is intensified through existence of the cone body 6 and fed continuously through the entire length of conduit. Consequently, passing of the wire 5 is not retarded by friction against the inner walls of the conduits 1, 2, 3, 4. Since Coanda flow of air, gas and the like producing Coanda effect is passed through the conduit to form a dynamic border layer near the inner face of the conduit, contact between the wire 5 and the inner face of conduit can be suppressed effectively.

摘要： PURPOSE:To pass wire efficiently through a long distance conduit, by mounting a fluid pressure receiving body at the tip of a linear body. CONSTITUTION:Coanda flow producing devices 2, 3 are mounted dismountably at the inlet and in the way of a conduit 1. A lead wire 4 is passed through the conduit 1 by means of Coanda flow produced from the Coanda flow producing devices 2, 3. A fluid pressure receiving body 5 having diameter smaller than that of the conduit 1 is mounted at the tip of the lead wire 4. The fluid pressure receiving body 5 has light weight and possibly floats, and subjected to the pressure of Coanda flow to advance through the conduit 1. Consequently, the fluid pressure receiving body 5 has such strength as durable against the fluid pressure and tensile force of the lead wire 4, while an approximately semi-circular or conical recess 6 directing toward the inlet of conduit is provided in order to receive fluid in the conduit efficiently.

These particles are distributed dividely to the concentric form so that the particle A groups of the larger sp. gr. are distributed near the center 2 of the pipeline 1 and the particle B groups of the smaller sp. gr. to the circumference thereof. When concentric multiple cylindrical pipes 3 are disposed to face the pipeline 1, the particles A are selectively migrated to the inside cylinder 4 and the particles B to the outside cylinder 5, by which the particles may be separated from each other. As a result, the sepn. of the fluid with the high efficiency is made possible.

A melt is introduced into the device 1 from a melting vessel 5, transferred through the duct 2 and granulated. Separators 6, 7 are arranged at the outlet of the duct 2 to separate the resulting granules from the cooling medium. The cooling medium is recovered from separation pipes 8, 9 and the granules are recovered from a recovery pipe 10. The separated cooling medium may be recycled.

CONSTITUTION:A main tube 2 is connected to the outlet endface of a conduit 1 while a sub-tube 3 faces with the main tube 2, and annular thin gaps are formed in order to feed pressurized fluid between them. Interval of the thin gap 4 can be regulated in order to control pressure and flow of the fluid. When air is employed as the fluid, inclination angle theta of the sub-tube is preferably in the range of 1/4-1/8 and the ratio of inner diameters between the conduit 1 and the sub-tube 3 is in the range of 1/2-1/5. Consequently, air flow in the conduit increases toward the tube 2 and further increases at the outlet of the sub-tube 3. Wire or cable 7 is sucked and carried through the conduit 1 by means of negative suction force.
