    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coated metal material which exhibits resistance to the corrosion of a coating film in a plain surface and post-fabrication adhesive properties and the feasibility of rapid fabrication operation, and a processes product using the coated metal material.
      SOLUTION: The coated metal material is constituted of a metal base material, a galvanized layer formed on the metal base material, a chrome-free chemical film formed on the galvanized layer, and a resin film with a thickness of 2 to 15 μm formed on the chrome-free chemical film. The resin film is formed of a coating material composition containing a water-soluble or water-dispersed urethane resin (A) with Tg≥40°C and a water-soluble or water-dispersed urethane resin (B) with Tg≤0°C which are at a resin solid matter ratio of (A):(B)=100:0 to 40:60. Furthermroe, the content of a crystalline pigment with an average particle size of not smaller than 1 mm is not larger than 5 mass% to the coating material solid content of the film when the resin film contains the pigment.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chromium-free coated steel sheet excellent in raindrop stain resistance, plane part corrosion resistance, and coating film processability and a housing suitable for outdoor use. SOLUTION: The chromium-free coated steel sheet includes a laminated coating film comprising at least two layers on one side of a steel sheet composed of a galvanized steel sheet as a base material. In an upper layer coating film which is the outermost layer of the laminated coating film, a contact angle to surface water is 60° or below, the Tg of the coating film is 40°C or below, the main resin comprises a high molecular weight resin, and the film thickness is 2 μm to 25 μm. In a lower layer coating film which is the innermost layer of the laminated coating film, the Tg of the coating film is 40°C or below, the main resin comprises a high molecular weight resin, and the film thickness is 2 μm to 15 μm. In the coating film, as a rust-proofing pigment, ion exchange silica and/or porous silica with an oil absorption amount of at least 50 ml/100 g are contained.
