PREPARATION:The compound of formula I can be produced by reacting an acid chloride of formula II with the compound of formula III in a solvent (e.g. benzene, dichloromethane or diethyl ether) in the presence of a proper base (e.g. pyridine, triethylamine, dimethylanilline or tetramethylurea) at 0-120 deg.C, preferably 20-60 deg.C.
