摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent the winding collapse of an ink film due to vibration or falling, in the mechanism for line type thermal transfer recording, by arranging the supply shaft having the ink film wound therearound and the taking-up shaft of the ink film at a predetermined interval and fitting turn preventing members made of an elastomer to both shafts. CONSTITUTION:An ink film 3 is wound around a supply shaft 1 to form an ink film wound object 4. A taking-up shaft 2 and the supply shaft 1 are arranged at a predetermined interval and the leading end of the ink film 3 is bonded to the shaft 2 to take up the ink film 3 by the shaft 1. The supply pipe l and the taking-up shaft 2 are made longer than the width of the ink film 3 and both end parts of them are allowed to protrude from the ink film wound member 4 and the ink film 3. The turn preventing members 5,5 attached to both protruding parts of both shafts 1,2 are formed from rubber plates and each of through-holes 7,8 having an inner diameter smaller than the outer diameter of each of the protruding parts of both shafts and the through-holes 7,8 are expanded in diameter when the members 5,5 are externally fitted to both shafts to develop turn prevent function by rubbery elasticity.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a clear image by adopting polyglycerol fatty acid ester represented by a specific structural formula as lubricant of a heat resistant lubricating layer and phosphoric acid ester, thereby improving feeding properties and dye preservation stability. SOLUTION: The thermal transfer sheet comprises a thermal transfer dye layer formed on a base material sheet and a heat resistant lubricating layer formed on a surface of opposite side to the base sheet. The lubricating layer contains polyglycerol fatty acid ester represented by a formula (where R1 , R2 , R3 , R4 , R5 each indicate hydrogen atom or 12-18C normal chain acyl group, but except that R1 , R2 , R3 , R4 all indicate hydrogen atom, n indicates integer of 0 to 10) and phosphoric acid ester. Thus, the fatty acid ester is adopted together to suppress deterioration of the dye, and preservation stability is improved. The fatty acid ester has a function as a lubricant and reduces its frictional coefficient.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recover a recyclable dye and/or binder resin from sublimation thermal transrer recording ink ribbon waste. SOLUTION: The binder resin and/or dye of an ink layer in a recovered ink ribbon 1 is dissolved in a solvent to obtain a soln. from which insolubles are then removed. The resulting soln. is conc., and the concentrate is then put into a specific solvent to precipitate the binder resin for recovery thereof while recovering the dye from the supernatant liq. Alternatively, the dye may be extracted with a solvent capable of dissolving substantially only the dye from the ink layer to recover it, or the dye may be sublimated from the ink layer to recover it. Herein, use is made of an ink recovery apparatus comprising an ink ribbon conveyor means, an ink recovery head for recovering the dye and the binder resin with a solvent, a liq. tank 12 for contg. the solvent, and a solvent circulating means for feeding the solvent from the liq. tank 12 to the ink recovery head and circulating the solvent contg. the dye and/or binder resin dissolved in the ink recovery head to the lig. tank.
