摘要： PURPOSE:To facilitate the design of the filter with high accuracy by applying vector processing to a sampled voice signal, generating a conversion matrix to a major component and calculating a coefficient of the filter with a product between a matrix whose components with less contribution ratio are set to zero and an inverse matrix with respect to the conversion matrix. CONSTITUTION:Voice signals x0-xn sampled by a frequency 20kHz are inputted in time series to an input terminal 4 of a circuit in which delay circuits 11-163, multipliers 21-264 and adders 31-336 are sequentially connected in series. The circuit 11 of the circuit latches sequentially the signal xn by a prescribed clock signal, multiplied and added and a resulting filtering voice signal X' is outputted to an output terminal 5. That is, the sample value of the time series is converted into a vector and a set of vectors are analyzed for its main component and a conversion matrix A projecting the vector onto the major component axis is formed. Furthermore, the coefficients of the filter are calculated from the product between a matrix A' in which components of less contribution ratio are set all zero in the matrix A and an inverse matrix A . Thus, the filter with high accuracy is designed easily.

The circuit 10 discriminates the fall or the rise of the noise level and inputs it to noise data calculating parts 71 to 7n. Parts 71 to 7n calculate data in accordance with signals from filters 51 to 5n and the signal from the circuit 10 and update data only at the time of the fall and input it to circuits 61 to 6n. Circuits 61 to 6n subtract noise components from audio signals.
