    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water purifier capable of preventing algae from growing in a water tank. SOLUTION: A water purifier D1 comprises a water tank, a filtration tank 30, a water receiving tank 2, a filtration tank 3, a decolorization tank 10, a pair of electrodes 4, 4, a direct-current power supply, a suction pipe 6, a circulation pump 7, and a return pipe 12. The iron ions eluted to a water receiving tank 2 by electrolysis react with phosphoric acid in water to produce water- insoluble phosphorus compounds, which are flocculated. A part of the flocculated water-insoluble phosphorus compounds floats on water, and the other part precipitates and accumulates in the water receiving tank 2. A control part 20 has a normal electrolysis mode to carry out control of drive of a circulation pump 7 and of a blower 18 and to perform electrolysis at a prescribed current value, and a strong electrolysis mode to carry out electrolysis at a prescribed current value higher than that of the normal electrolysis mode, and it controls the electrolysis in the water receiving tank 2.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sewage treating device capable of removing phosphoric acid incorporated in the sewage flowed into the sewage treating device and also capable of smoothly executing the maintenance administration work such as sewage drawing from the inside of the tank and inspection/cleaning of the inside of the tank. SOLUTION: A purifying tank 100 is provided with a purifying tank body 101 and manholes 51, 52 and 53 for maintenance administration provided on the upper surface of the tank body 101. At the outside of the purifying tank body 101, a dephosphorizing device D1 for eluting iron ion for settling and removing the phosphoric acid in the sewage by electrolysis is provided while avoiding the position of the manholes 51, 52 and 53. That is, the dephosphorizing device D1 is provided with the sewage storage tank 1 embedded in the earth at the outside vicinity of the purifying tank body 101 along the outside wall of the purifying tank body 101, an electrode cartridge 2 arranged so as to be housed in the sewage storage tank 1, a direct-current power source for supplying current to the cartridge 2 and a cap 7 for the maintenance administration.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-purifying device capable of removing phosphates contained in the water of a culture pond, an aquarium, or the like. SOLUTION: This water-purifying device D of a culture pond 1 comprises a water-receiving tank 2, a decoloration tank 3, a filtration tank 10, a precipitation tank 8, a pair of electrodes 4, 4, a direct electric source (not drawn) for supplying an electric current to the electrodes 4, 4, an incurrent pipe 6, a circulation pump 7, and an excurrent pipe 12. The water-receiving tank 2 is used for removing phosphates contained in water in the culture pond 1, and disposed between the incurrent pipe 6 and the decoloration tank 3. The electrodes 4, 4 comprise steel plates, and electrolytically elute iron ions for removing the phosphates in the water. The eluted iron ions react with the phosphates in the water to produce water-insoluble phosphorous compounds, which are flocculated. The filtration tank 10 is used for physically and biologically filtering organic substances such as the excreta of fishes or shellfishes, residual feeds.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water purifier capable of removing phosphoric acid in water in the water tank. SOLUTION: This water purifier D1 is such as to be equipped with a water tank 1 for raising fishes-and-shellfishes or the like, a filtration tank 10 located above the water tank 1, a water holding tank 2 located in parallel with the filtration tank 10, a sedimentation tank 40 set up on the downstream side of the water holding tank 2, a set of electrodes 4, a direct current source for supplying electric current to the electrodes 4, an electrode holder 5, a pumping pipe 6, a pump 7, an issue valve 41 as an electromagnetic valve, and a return pipe 12; wherein the water holding tank 2 is intended to remove phosphoric acid in the water in the tank 1; and the electrodes 4, each of which is made of a rectangular iron plate, serve to leach out iron ions by the aid of electrolysis so as to remove the above-mentioned phosphoric acid, and the iron ions thus leached out react with the phosphoric acid and then flocculate as water-insoluble phosphorus compounds.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent that hydrogen gas generated from an electrode is stored in an elution tank to generate explosion by providing an air diffusion pipe aerating sewage in the elution tank in the elution tank above a discharge port and controlling the supply amt. of sewage by a supply means so as to reduce the same. SOLUTION: A control circuit stops a third blower 35 until a first air diffusion pipe 14 is exposed at every definite time to stop the new supply of sewage to an elution tank 8. Therefore, by exposing the first air diffusion pipe 14 at every definite time from sewage to reduce the water pressure to the first air diffusion pipe 14, the amt. of air supplied from a first blower 15 through the first air diffusion pipe 14 increases. Therefore, without increasing the amt. of air of the first blower 15, hydrogen gas generated from an electrode 12 by the electrolysis of an electrode 12 can be forcibly discharged from an exhaust port by the air supplied from the first air diffusion pipe 14 and a rise in the concn. of the hydrogen gas in the elution pipe 8 is prevented to prevent explosion.
