摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain such a new material that can be formed into a thin film of an large area, has high stress durability against strain, and has excellent optical and electronic properties. CONSTITUTION:The hybrid thin film consists of a silicon or germanium-base compd. containing at least one kind of compd. selected from silicon-base compds. produced from a Si powder and polysilane, germanium compds. produced from polygermane, and silicon-germanium compd. produced from silane-germane copolymers. This thin film is produced by preparing a mixture liquid of amorphous or crystalline Si powder and at least one of polysilane, polygermane and silane-germane copolymer, forming a film of the mixture by coating, and heat treating the film. Or the thin film is produced by heat treating a coating film comprising at least one of amorphous and crystalline Si powders in the presence of at least one kind of vapor of polysilane, polygermane and silane- germane copolymer.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for extracting organohalogen compound to a degree enabling highly accurate analysis in a short time from the exhaust gas or fly ash discharged from an incinerator or a harmful organohalogen compound trapping material used for the purpose of analyzing the harmful organohalogen compound, and a method for analyzing organohalogen compound using the extraction method. SOLUTION: The method for extracting organohalogen compound from a matrix containing an organohalogen compound, includes a process bringing a supercritical fluid capable of dissolving the organohalogen compound into contact with the matrix containing the organohalogen compound, and a carbonaceous adsorbent is used as the matrix. The method for analyzing the organohalogen compound using this extraction method is also disclosed.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface treating method capable of increasing specific surface area, pare volume and pore diameter of a carbon fiber. SOLUTION: This surface treating method of carbon fiber comprises a step dispersing a metal element having hydrogenation activity into carbon fiber and a step heat-treating the carbon fiber in which metal element is dispersed in reductive atmosphere. A metal element having hydrogenation activity used for the method is e.g. at least one kind of metal element selected from a metal element group comprising iron, nickel, ruthenium, rhodium, palladium and platinum. Dispersed amount of such metal element is usually set to 0.01-5.0 wt.% based on carbon fiber.

For example, in the case where it is applied to a piping consisting of two resin hot and cold water feeding pipes 1 surrounded with insulating material, the insulating material composed of polyethylene foam 2 kneaded with superfine grain powder 3 is used. In manufacturing, polyethylene pellets is knead with the superfine grain powder to form pellets of polyethylene/ superfine grains, to manufacture a sheet consisting of the polyethylene/superfine grain powder foam, and then the insulated piping material is constituted with this sheet.
