      SOLUTION: This server system has: one master device instructing the processing to an application processor; at least one slave device performing the processing instruction in parallel with the master device; and the load balancing device distributing the processing instruction to the master device and the slave device. The slave device transmits response request to the master device, detects non-operation of the master device when a response to the response request is not returned, starts each processing part of the master device of the slave device itself, and rewrites device kind information of the slave device itself from the slave device to the master device.
