    • PURPOSE:To secure liquid tightness of a filling material and to improve workability by interposing a filling auxiliary, tool with a tapered part, the pipe outer diameter of which gradually and successively extends to a size larger than the diameter of a filling opening from the head end part to the base end part, between the head edge of the filling pipe and the filling port. CONSTITUTION:The outer diametrical measurement of the head end part of a filling auxiliary tool 1 is extended in a gradually tapered shape toward the base end part so that the head end part can be inserted into a filling port (h), and the outer diameter on the base end side is formed in an outer diametrical measurement larger than the diameter of the filling port (h). Additionally, a flexible sleeve 2 is wrapped and attached around the outer periphery of a tapered part A. And a same inner diametrical part B is formed from the base end toward the head end side on the inner side of the rear part of the filling auxiliary tool 1. Thereafter, a filling pipe 3 with a sleeve packer 6 is inserted into the auxiliary tool 1 and the sleeve packer 6 expanded in the diametrical direction, and the sleeve packer 6 is tightly adhered on the inner surface of the same inner diametrical part B.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent backflow of liquid by a method wherein supply passages for delivery of different materials are connected corresponding to each of flow passages of an injection tube having a plurality of flow passages, and selector valves and check valves are provided respectively to each of the supply passages. CONSTITUTION:An injection tube is formed of an outer tube 1 and an inner tube 2 which are concentrically provided, and a liquid supply passage 10 leading to the inside of the inner tube 2 for delivery of liquid A of two-component setting material and a liquid supply passage 20 leading to a gap between the inner tube 2 and the outer tube 1 for delivery of liquid B of the two-compound setting material are connected to the injection tube. Selector valves 11 and 12 which switch the flow of the material in the directions either to delivery side or to a side for drain to the outside, and ball type check valves 12 and 22 are provided respectively to the liquid supply passage 10 for the liquid A and the liquid supply passage 20 for the liquid B. Then the liquid A and the liquid B are injected under pressure into the liquid supply passages 10 and 20 by operation of a pressurized delivery pump which delivers the liquid A and the liquid B simultaneously. The liquid A and the liquid B are then mixed in a mixing chamber S and are injected into a crack C while they are interacting each other for setting. Thereby backward flow of the liquid can be prevented.
