摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blending plan preparing device by which the accuracy of a coal blending plan is increased. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a search processing means 2 capable of respectively providing solution candidates A by searching plural kinds of combination of a raw material blending ratio R for each brand capable of securing the quality of coke molded goods at a desired quality level with each of brands of available raw materials at the time point of plan preparation start. A preparation processing means 3 for selecting A so as not to generate the exhaustion of stock by investigating the generation of stock exhaustion within T when each of A is molded and produced at that R while using designated planning periods T and A, preparing a blending plan within T in the R of that A for each of selected A, preparing the blending plan upto the time of scheduled arrival of goods in the R of the selected A when the arrival of raw materials is scheduled within T, preparing the blending plan in the R based on solution candidates provided by searching the combination of R for each of new brands while including arriving raw materials within a range to reduce a change in the R of that A concerning a period following the time of scheduled arrival of goods, and providing the blending plan for respective solution candidates.
