摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the cause of corrosion of a building body by a method wherein the building body is surrounded with a metallic plate having one surface positioned facing a ventilation space inside an outer peripheral material and the other surface formed integrally with a non-air permeable foamed heat insulation material layer. SOLUTION: A floor structure part positioned facing an underfloor space 4 communicating with outside air through a ventilation port 15 is surrounded with a metallic plate 12a and a non-air permeable foamed heat insulation material layer 13 is formed integrally with the inside. Further, a wall frame 9 is surrounded with a metallic plate 12b formed integrally with a heat insulation material layer 13 through an outer wall 8 lined with ceramic and a ventilation space 11a situated at the inner side thereof. A roof frame 10 is surrounded with a metallic plate 12c formed integrally with a heat insulation material layer 13 through a roof lining 14 and a ventilation space 11b formed at the inside thereof, and the ventilation space 12b communicates at a roof top part 16 with outside air to effect natural convection ventilation. This constitution firmly separates a heat-insulation layer 13, formed integrally with a metallic plates 12a-12c, from outside air, cuts off a flow between indoor air and outside air, and eliminates the cause of corrosion, such as condensation of dew, due to accumulation of a damp content in the building body 1.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the corrosion of a metal plate, and to facilitate the changing work of the metal plate or a heating medium pipe by having a specific contact structure, in which the contact position of the metal plate for heat dispersion to the outer periphery of the heating medium pipe is transferred from the bottom part to the upper part of the heating medium pipe. SOLUTION: A metal plate for heat dispersion 6 forms an arc-shaped metal contact piece 4 integrally by folding back a pair of leg pieces 5, which are formed by being folded obliquely downward toward the outer periphery surface of a heating medium pipe 1, from its lower end. Moreover, the leg pieces 5 forms the arc-shaped metal contact piece 4 out of the metal plate 6 for heat dispersion by covering the internal wall of a recessed groove 3 of a heat insulating plate material 2 to be folded and suspended, and by being folded at the position where the clearance between the internal wall surface and the outer periphery of the heating medium pipe decreases. Therefore, the condensed water which gathers in the recessed groove of the heat insulating plate material does not contact the metal plate for heat dispersion, so that corrosion does not occur. Thereby, the heat transfer from the heating medium pipe is maintained, and also the decline in the heat efficiency is prevented.

The m.p. of the blank itself is increased by forming the anodically oxidized film on its surface and, therefore, the melting at the time of pouring the molten metal is averted and the desired flow regulating effect is surely exhibited.

CONSTITUTION:Ruggedparts are molded on both upper and lower press dies 11, 12 for pressing so that the rugged parts of similar pattern are molded on the metallic sheet. Accordingly, a part pressed on the metallic sheet 10 adjacent to the press dies 11, 12 is pressed shallowly once by the end part of one of the pressed surfaces 11a, 12a, then, pressed deeply by the end part of the other of the pressed surfaces 11a, 12a.
