    • PURPOSE:To enable inspection to be made without removing working oil by making both of the electric motor and the hydraulic pump of a power unit rotatable from each set position of them to each inspection position over the surface of working oil, and thereby suspending them at the respective positions of them by suspension means. CONSTITUTION:An electric motor 3 and a pump 7 immersed in oil within an oil tank 1 are mounted onto a shaft 18 by means of a support fixture 19 attached onto an electric motor frame 3a, and are suspended by a hook fitting 21 at each set position by means of a suspension fixture 20. At the time of maintenance and inspection, a flow rate control valve 10 is removed with a pipe connector 11 released, the suspension fixture 20 is removed from the hook fitting 21, and the motor 3 and the pump 7 are rotated around the shaft 18 so that they are vertically positioned for inspection over the surface 2 of working oil. The suspension fixture 20 is then mounted onto a hook fitting 22 so as to be suspended at a position for inspection. This thereby enables maintenance and inspection to be made above working oil 2 without removing working oil 2, thereby preventing working oil 2 from being wasted while working time can also be shortened.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent a secondary trouble, caused by generation of a negative pressure in a pipe line, by actuating an abnormality control device through action of a pressure detector, when a pipe line pressure between an opening and closing valve and an oil hydraulic pump is decreased to not more than a predetermined value, so as to deenergize a pump motor. CONSTITUTION:In the case of energizing an electric motor 4 by a down- operation command while a cage 1 is in lowering or stopping, abnormality, in which the electric motor 4 is continued to rotate in a condition that an open ing and closing valve 5 is left as closed by any trouble, is sometimes generated. At the time of abnormality thus generated, a pressure in a pipe line is decreased, but when the pressure reaches not more than a predetermined value, a contact 8a is opened by actuating a pressure detector 8. Consequently, a contact 10 is opened by energizing a pressure relay 10 through a circuit of (+)-8a-10-(-). By deenergizing the electric motor 4 through opening of the contact 10a, genera tion of troubles such as abnormal vibration, seizure of equipment sliding part, etc., caused by generating cavitation due to a negative pressure of the pipe line can be prevented, thus a hydraulically-operated elevator of high safety can be obtained.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator car device allowing the fall-down arrangements of a plurality of maintenance handrails installed on the upper face of the car to be detected by a less number of detectors. SOLUTION: A one-side handrail 9 is pivotally mounted at the edge on one side of the upper part of the car 4 in such a manner as to be normally put in fall-down arrangement and erected as required. The other-side handrail 10 is pivotally mounted at the edge on the other side opposed to one side of the upper part of the car 4 in such a manner as to be normally put in fall-down arrangement and erected as required. The detector 16 is provided on the one-side handrail 9 and an engagement tool 19 is connected to the other-side handrail 10 via a connector 18. The engagement tool 19 is put in engagement with the detector 16 via both fall-down arrangements of the one-side handrail 9 and the other-side handrail 10 with manual operation to actuate the detector 16. Thus, both fall-down arrangements are detected by the actuation of one detector 16, resulting in cost saving in relation to the detector 16 and less manufacturing cost.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic elevator device in which a hydraulic circuit is constituted by providing a control function for ascent and a control function for descent of a car in one open and close valve. SOLUTION: An open-and close valve 5 which is opened when a car 2 runs and is closed when the car 2 stops is provided. Moreover, the rotation of a motor 4 which drives a hydraulic pump 3 is controlled by a controller 13 to change discharge flow rate of the hydraulic pump 3 and control lift operation of the car 2 engaged with a hydraulic jack, and the rotation of the motor 4 is controlled to control discharge flow rate of hydraulic oil in the hydraulic jack and control descent operation of the car 2. Moreover, an ascent control valve element 5e which is opened when the pressure of the hydraulic pump 3 exceeds the pressure of the hydraulic jack 1 to communicate the hydraulic pump 3 with the hydraulic jack is provided in the open and close valve 5.
