    • PURPOSE: To produce a stained glass like decorative panel at low cost by a method in which the surface of the metallic panel with voids is covered with the mold made of jelly like material, and then thermoplastic resin is poured into said voids and is cured. CONSTITUTION:Jelly like material 6 (agar-agar, etc.) which is to be hardened by cooling is poured into a vessel V to shallow depth. Aluminium cast panel Pa with voids 4 is dipped in said material, whereby a mold 5 is obtained while hardening said jelly like material. Transparent epoxy resin is poured into the void 4 sealed with the mold 5, and cured at 40 deg.C, whereby a surface layer 7a is obtained. After the mold 5 has been removed, colored transparent epoxy resin is further poured thereinto and is cured under heating, thereby making a rear surface layer 7b. Thus, a stained glass like decorative panel P is produced. As the mold 5 is made by agar-agar, it is produced at low cost, and is able to be used repeatedly. Inferior molding due to the exuding of the resin poured into the voids, does not occur.

The handle part 2 incorporates: a piezoelectric element 3 which excites the ultrasonic vibration according to the input frequency when high-frequency impulse voltage is inputted; an impulse generator 4 which outputs impulse voltage to the piezoelectric element 3; a power source 5 for the impulse generator 4. Transmission of the ultrasonic vibration generated by the piezoelectric element 3 to the brush part 1 makes the coating agent applied on the brush part 1 permeate and fix on at the surface of the object to be applied.
