摘要： PURPOSE: To enhance the washing effect and reduce the energy cost, by passing fibers through a cascade of hot water having hot water boiling zones at regular intervals in the long direction continuously, and subjecting the fibers to the intermittent boiling water treatment.
CONSTITUTION: In washing fibers continuously by a cascade 1, plural heating parts 7, 7' and 7" in which washing water 2 is branched upward and downward below the water level 6 almost perpendicular to the stream of the washing water 2 are placed in the long direction of the cascade 1 at intervals. Baffle plates 9 are provided between the heating parts 7 and 7' and 7' and 7" to smooth the distribution and the joining of the washing water 2. Fibers 5 are passed through a boiling water zone 8 heated with the heating parts 7 and heated. The heated fibers 5 are then passed through a zone below the temperature of the boiling conditions and then passed through the boiling zone 8' under the boiling conditions. The fibers 5 are washed with the boiling water intermittently by the repeated operations.

摘要： PURPOSE:A cellulosic derivative is incorporated with a small amount of inorganic metal salt and spun into hollow fibers, drawn at specific conditions to produce hollow fibers that are void free, of uniform quality, high strength, and high permeselectivity in the use of dialysis and ultre filtration. CONSTITUTION:To a solution of cellulosic derivatives, preferably cellulose acetate, especially cellulose diacetate, is added 0.2-15 wt% of an inorganic metal salt and the mixture is extruded along with a core material from doubled pipes, coagulated into hollow fibers, which are drawn in water at 10-90 deg.C. The inorganic metal salt is at least one of chlorate, perchlorate, sulfate, phosphate and thio cyanate of a metal selected from alkali, alkaline earth metals, copper and zinc, or at least one selected from halides and phosphates of zinc, copper, iron. The solvent is preferably dioxane or dimethylacetamide. The core material is, e.g., fatty acid ester, alcohol or hydrocarbon of low solidifying property.

The metallic compound accelerates the uniform coagulation, and the liquid provides the uniformity and roundness of the cross-section. USE:Blood dialysis and ultrafiltration.
