That is, the plural inner conductors 1a-5a, 2b-5b and outer conductors 6a, 6b on a bottom face are short- circuited alternately at one opposite side by short-circuit parts 13-17, and the two dielectric blocks 12a, 12b are contacted closely with each other so that the faces provided respectively with the plural grooves 7a-11a, 9b-11b are symmetrical with respect to the dielectric blocks 12a, 12b. Thus, the inner conductors 1a-5a, 2b-5b are supported mechanically stably against vibration or the like, the working is facilitated and the length of the inner conductors is decreased by the effect of the wavelength reduction in the dielectric substance.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain an almost fixed output phase in a band by utilizing the distributed phases of power distributed and the electric length of a transmission line to apply a required phase distribution to each output terminal and selecting the sorts of the electric distributers so as to compensate the frequency characteristics of phases. CONSTITUTION:The distributed phases of the power distributers 3, 3a, 4, 4a, 5 to 7 are utilized to apply required phase distributions to the output terminals 2a to 2h and the power distributers 3, 3a, 4, 4a, 5 to 7 have the frequency characteristic of distributed phases for compensating the frequency characteristics of phases based on phase controlling transmission lines 8, 8a, 8b, 8g, 8h. Namely, incident waves from an input terminals are distributed to the output terminals at the center frequency by a required amplitude phase by utilizing the distribution ratio of electric distributors 3, 3a, 4, 4a, 5, 7, distribution phase, and the electric length of transmission time and the sort of the electric distributers are selected so as to compensate the frequency characteristics of the phases based upon the phase controlling transmission lines. Consequently, the frequence dependency of phases on the output terminals can be reduced and an almost fixed output phase can be obtained in the band.

CONSTITUTION:A groove 5 is formed to a shield conductor 4 by recessing a thin shield conductor plate and an interval (w) between side walls 6, 6 is selected to be 1/2 wavelength or below. The dielectric base 1, a ground conduc tor 3 and the interval (w) of the side walls 6, 6 of the slot 5 are formed the same and they are provided in the order of the ground conductor 2, the dielec tric base 1 and the strip conductor 2 from the bottom face 7 of the groove 5. When an electromagnetic wave is sent as a quasi-TEM wave in which the electromagnetic field is concentrated on between the strip conductor 2 and the ground conductor 3, since the interval (w) between the side walls 6, 6 is selected to be 1/2 wavelength or below, even if the dielectric constant of the dielectric base 1 is low or there is any branch or bent, the electromagnetic wave is interrupted and not radiated from the groove 5. Thus, the wave is sent with a low loss.

    • PURPOSE:To make unnecessary a strip conductor between resonators and to obtain a low loss by making rectangular a ferrimagnetic substance thin film resonator, arranging a side opposite to respective resonators in parallel and directly coupling between the resonators. CONSTITUTION:When resonators 9 and 10 are resonated with a same frequency, a high frequency magnetic flux made incident on along a strip conductor 5 for input is strongly coupled to a first rectangular ferrimagnetic substance thin film resonator 9 and the shaft of an electronic spin in the ferrimagnetic substance executes the precession with the direction of a direct current magnetic field as a shaft. Outside the ferrimagnetic substance thin film, a high frequency magnetic flux vector appears and is coupled to a rectangular ferrimagnetic substance thin film resonator 10. Next, the high frequency magnetic flux by the resonator 10 is coupled to a strip conductor 6 for output and an electromagnetic wave to an external circuit connected to this is propagated. By making rectangular the shape of the resonators 9 and 10 and making the side opposite to two resonators in parallel, the approximate opposite section can be lengthened and a large inter-resonator coupling quantity can be obtained. Thus, a low loss, stable and satisfactory performance can be obtained.

With the switches 6, 10 thrown to switching terminals 16, 22, all power is extracted to the terminal 7 via an electric length correction line 14 whose electric length is equal to the electric length of the distributor 12. Moreover, the switches 8, 11, 9, 10 thrown respectively to the position of switching terminals 15, 18, 20, 21, power is extracted at the terminals 6, 7 with a distribution ratio decided by the distributor 12 and the phase in this case is kept always constant by the lines 13, 14. Since no phase shifter, etc., is required, low loss, small size and light weight are attained.

    • PURPOSE:To attain small size and light weight by forming the inner and outer conductors by a conductor film in close contact with a dielectric block and using an inner conductor coupling means so as to couple the inner conductors. CONSTITUTION:The inner conductor 16 of nearly 1/2 wavelength is formed by a conductor film in close contact with the inner circumferential face of plural throughholes 14 made to the dielectric block 13 and the outer conductor 15 is made by a conductor film in tightly contact onto the outer peripheral face other than the aperture of the throughholes 14 and slots 17, 18 acting like the inner conductor coupling means are provided at least on one of flat and bottom faces of the dielectric block 13 are provided. Moreover, an input/ output coupling means 7 is coupled with the prescribed inner conductor and an electrostatic coupling means 8 coupled electrostatically with each of the innerconductors is provided to a position apart from the input/output coupling means 7 and connected by a connection line 9. Thus, the inner conductor 16, the outer conductor 15 and the dielectric block 13 are incorporated to save number of components and facilitate the manufacture and assembling, the necessity of the function of the case to the outer conductor is eliminated to attain small size and light weight.
