    • PURPOSE:To enable formation of a favorable wave form on a raw fabric sheet or a film, by a method wherein at the time of roll stretching treatment of the raw fabric sheet or the film, the film is pressed against a stretching roll with nip rolls in a specific form. CONSTITUTION:A raw fabric film 1 is temperature-controlled to a temperature suitable for stretching with preheating rolls 2, 2', 2'' and stretched with differ ence between a number of revolutions of a feeding-in roll 3 and those of a take-off roll 4. A draw ratio is made at least 1.5 times, preferably at least 2 times. Shaping of a wave form is performed by a method wherein the surface of nip rolls 5 or 6 is formed into uneven state and the same is pressed against the film on a feeding-in roll 3 or the take-off roll 4. A difference between the maximum value and minimum value of the diameter of the rolls is made prefer ably at least 500 mum in relation to a change ratio of a widthwise direction of the surface of the nip rolls 5 or 6 and a matter comprised of an elastic material such as neoprene rubber or EPD rubber or silicone rubber is preferable as the quality of the material or the nip rolls 5 or 6.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a packing bag having good heat-sealing strength and body part strength by subjecting modified linear low density polyethylene specified in its physical properties to inflation molding and heat sealing under a specific condition. CONSTITUTION:0.0001 - 0.1pts.wt. of a radical generating agent is compounded with 100pts.wt. of a linear low density polyethylene or polyethylene mixture consisting of 100 - 60pts.wt. of linear low density polyethylene wherein a melt index is 2.0g/10 min or less, density is 0.910 - 0.945g/cm and a flow ratio is 35 or less prepared by the copolymerization of ethylene and 6C alpha-olefin due to a gaseous phase polymerization process and 0 - 40pts.wt. of branched low density polyethylene wherein a melt index is 1.9g/10 min or less, density is 0.915 - 0.930g/cm and a flow ratio is 50 or less to modify said mixture and the modified mixture is subjected to inflation molding under such a condition that a blow-up ratio is 0.9 - 2.0 and a draft ratio is 5 - 40 or said mixture is subjected to inflation molding under the same condition while modified by the above mentioned method. The cylindrical film thus obtained is heat-sealed and cut along the direction crossing a taking-up direction.

    • PURPOSE:To improve heat-sealing strength and belly part strength, by performing inflation molding and heat sealing of a matter obtained by compounding specific high-density polyethylene and an ethylene-olefin copolymer to specific linear low-density polyethylene in a specific quantity under a specific condition. CONSTITUTION:A composition constituted of 70-99 pts.wt. linear low-density polyethylene which is obtained by copolymerizing ethylene and 6C alpha olefin by making use of gas phase polymerization method process and possesses a melt index, density and a flow ratio of respectively 2g/10 minutes or lower, 0.910-0.945g/cm and 50 or lower, 0.5-10 pts.wt. high-density polyethylene whose melt index and flow ratio are respectively 0.1/10 minutes or lower and at least 70 and 0.5-20 pts.wt. ethylene-olefin copolymer whose melt index and density are respectively 20g/10 minutes or lower and 0.910g/cm or lower is used. Then inflation molding is performed under conditions where a blow-up ratio, draft rate and cooling speed index are respectively 0.9-20, 5-40 and 30 seconds or less. An obtained cylindrical film is heat-sealed and cut off along a direction crossing with a receiving direction.

    • PURPOSE:To upgrade pearlescent gloss effect generated by irregular reflection by laminating a decorative film layer constituted of a thermoplastic resin film of specified thickness in which pearlescent pigment particles of specified grain diameter are dispersed by the specified volume ratio and a mirror gloss film layer having specified mirror gloss and transparency. CONSTITUTION:A decorative film layer is constituted of thermoplastic resin and pearlescent pigment particles dispersed in said resin, and said decorative film layer contains the pearlescent pigment particles at the ratio of 1 - 30 pts. wt. dispersed into 99 - 70 pts. wt. of thermoplastic resin. At that time, it is required that the larger part of grain diameter of pearlescent pigment particles should be 60 - 120 mum. It is desirable that the particles of grain diameter of 60 mum or less are not existing, but if existing, such particles should be 40 wt. % or less to the quantity of particles of 60 - 120 mum grain diameter, and also the particles of grain diameter of 120 mum or over should be 5 wt. % or less to the quantity of particles of grain diameter of 60 - 120 mum. Also, the tickness of said layer is required to be 30 - 120 mum. On the other hand, as a mirror gloss film layer, a film to be used should be 100 % or more of mirror gloss measured based on JIS Z 8741 and with 8 % or less of haze measured based on JIS K 6714. Superior mirror gloss can be retained by laminating said two film layers.
