SOLUTION: The floor heating panel heater comprises a metal panel body 1 internally provided with a planar heating element 2 of an upper layer, a heat insulating material 6 of a lower layer, and the temperature sensor 4 arranged in a bottom face side of the planar heating element. A sensor passage 3 is provided formed like a lateral hole in the heat insulating material 6 and opening in a side face side of the panel body 1, and the temperature sensor 4 can be put in and taken out through the sensor passage 3.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve cooling efficiency by forming a ventilation path between both end apertures of an outer cylinder, in the inside of the outer cylinder surrounding heat absorbing fins, and installing a fan in one end aperture of the outer cylinder. CONSTITUTION:An outer cylinder 6 surrounding heat absorbing fins 5 is installed. A ventilation path 13 is formed from one end aperture 7 of the outer cylinder 6 to the other end aperture 12. A fan 8 is arranged in the one end aperture 7 of the outer cylinder 6. By driving and rotating the fan 8, the air carrying heat in a sealed enclosure 2 is collectively taken in the outer cylinder 6. By making the ventilation path 13 nonlinear, the heated air passes the ventilation path at a suitable speed, and sufficiently collides against the heat absorbing fins 5, so that the heat is effectively absorbed and cooled. Thereby cooling efficiency is improved.
