摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent water from flowing out of a rice washing vessel during rice washing by providing an alarm device in a drainage system, thereby informing the abnormality of the drainage system to control a water supply means. CONSTITUTION:An automatic rice boiler includes a rice washing vessel 17 having a stirring means 18, a rice boiler 116 disposed below the rice washing vessel 17 for receiving the rice from the rice washing vessel 17, a water supply means 87 for the rice washing vessel 17 and a drainage means 57 for the rice washing vessel 17. The water supply means 87 includes an on-off control portion 92. A full load detecting means 172 for detecting the full load condition is provided on the rice washing vessel 17, and a drainage means 57 has an alarm device 57A for informing that the full load detecting means is on during a designated time. Accordingly, an alarm for the abnormal condition where the drainage system is blocked up with dust or the like is given to discontinue or stop the water supply condition during rice washing and before rice washing so as to transit to a rice washing process in the condition where there is not outflow of water from the rice washing vessel and accompanying outflow of rice and continue the same.

摘要： PURPOSE:To facilitate cleaning for a rice washing vessel and a stirring means by providing a rice washing vessel having a stirring means and a rice boiler disposed below the rice washing vessel for receiving rice from the rice washing vessel in such a manner as to be freely drawn out horizontally in a box. CONSTITUTION:A rice washing vessel 17 is provided on a frame 14 installed in such a manner as to be freely drawn horizontally on a box 1. The rice washing vessel 17 drawn out outside the box 1 through the frame 14 is removably installed on the frame in such a manner as to be detached from the frame in a draw-out position and be detached downward, with a stirring means 18 mounted on the frame. The stirring means 18 has a driver on the upper portion thereof and includes a separating means 73 which can be separated from the driver 72 downward, with the driver 72 installed on the frame 14. Further, the rice washing vessel 17 has a hook portion 33 on the upper portion thereof. The frame 14 has a pair of hanger members 29, 30 which are freely engaged and disengaged by opening and closing operation and further includes a spring 35 for urging the hanger members 29, 30 in the closing direction to be engaged and an operating portion 36 for separating the hanger members 29, 30 in the opening direction against the spring 35.

The exhaust duct 47 is constituted of an insulating layer and a slant face 47A to diffuses hot air rising from this rice cooker 5 to the front side to guide the hot air aslant upward is formed in the front side of the exhaust duct 47 to discharge the exhaust to front through an exhaust hole 48 in the front side. It is preferable in the horizontal direction, but more preferable in a slightly downward direction. Thus hot air from the rice cooker 5 is diffused so that thermal effect does not strike a control part 9 susceptible to thermal effect to prevent the control part 9 from thermal effect.
