摘要： PURPOSE: To enhance the coating performance of a steel plate by coating a base steel plate with a vehicle having a composition of a thermoplastic sol lacquer and a metal powder at a specific ratio, then coating the entire surface in a non-dried state with sand particles each having a specific particle diameter, and applying a thermoplastic clear lacquer to the surface and baking the same. CONSTITUTION: The surface of a base steel plate is coated with a vehicle containing, as coating ingredients, 50 to 99 wt.% of a thermoplastic sol lacquer and 1 to 50 wt.% of a metallic powder such as aluminum paste. Further, in a state where the surface thereof has not been dried, sand particles, such as silica sand of 0.1 to 2.0 mm in particle diameter, are sprayed on the surface, followed by inverting the plate, to thereby remove unnecessary sand particles. Then, the upper layer is coated with a thermoplastic sol lacquer as a clear lacquer for protecting the sand particles, followed by conducting a baking treatment of the same. Thus, a steel plate with sand bonded thereto can be obtained which can stand up complicclted methods of construction, has good weatherability and corrosion resistance, and is excellent in sound isolation.

摘要： PURPOSE:To raise the scratch resistance and corrosion resistance of a steel tube by a method in which a steel tube covered with a thermoplastic resin is wound with a metal band covered with the same thermoplastic resin and heated to above the melting temperature of the resin to connect the steel tube with the metal band by hot melting. CONSTITUTION:The peripheral side of a steel tube 1 covered with a thermoplastic resin 2 such as polyethylene is wound with metal bands 3 and 4 covered with the same thermoplastic resin. The steel tube 1 so treated is heated to above the melting temperature of the resin to connect the steel tube with the metal bands 3 and 4 by hot melting. The steel tube 1 can thus be protected from damage during transporting or construction period. Easy handling and corrosion resistance of the steel tube can thus be enhanced.

摘要： PURPOSE: To obtain high hardness and superior scratch resistance, soil resistant, and solvent resistance by coating a light-curable transparent paint on the board printed with color crossing lines and then irradiating it with light. CONSTITUTION: Specified color lines are printed on a base steel sheet. The thickness of the color lines printed layer should be less than 50 μm because the printed layer thicker than 50 μm may not be dried easily to reduce the printing efficiency. Light-curable transparent paint is coated on the printed board and irradiated with light to cure the paint. The thickness of dried and cured paint is recommended in the range of 1-200 μm. The thinner than 1 μm has not sufficient protecting performance for the printed lines and the thicker than 200 μm becomes easily to obtain cracks since it shrinks a lot during the curing.

Consequently, a surface-treated zinc-aluminum alloy plated steel sheet which is not blackened or hardly rusted and without the surface-treating film being released even when the sheet is worked is obtained.
