摘要： PURPOSE:To detect the clogging of a nozzle from a remote part by detecting the pressure and the flow rate of a fluid of an upstream side of a nozzle header, comparing this detected value with the value of such a state that the clogging of the nozzle is not caused and detecting the number of the clogging. CONSTITUTION:In case of detecting the clogging of a nozzle of a nozzle header, a pressure page 12 and a flowmeter 14 by which the pressure and the flow rate of a fluid are respectively measured are provided in an upstream side of the nozzle header 10. On the basis of these measured output signals DELTAN is calculated from the number N of the nozzle and a nozzle shape factor alphain a calculation device 16 by 4N=N-Q1/alphaXP1 (wherein P1 shows the pressure and Q1 shows the flow rate). When the calculated result is compared with the preset value and it exceeds the preset value, a signal of the clogging of the nozzle is output from a comparator 18. In such a way, the number of cloggings of the nozzle is detected and accurately detected from a remote part.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent harmful effect caused by contamination while suppressing deterioration of responsiveness of a hydraulic servo valve by inserting a filter in an oil path between a branch point of operating oil and a pressure port of a pilot valve. SOLUTION: A hydraulic servo valve 1 is provided with a valve base 2, a main guide valve part 4, a pressure reducing valve 5, a filter of a manifold type, and a pilot valve 7. Operating oil is supplied from a supplying port 3 disposed on the valve base 2 into the servo valve 1. The operating oil is supplied to the main guide valve part 4, and a part thereof is branched on the way of the oil path, and it is supplied to a pressure port 7a of the pilot valve 7 through the pressure reducing valve 5 and the filter 6. An outlet of a filter element 6b is connected to a pressure port 7a of the pilot valve 7 through a sixth oil path 15 in a manifold 6a for the filter.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimize shape control in the width direction of a material to be rolled and to also freely execute width-return rolling (successive rolling for width adjustment) by setting the respective quantities of cooling water of water-cooling means which are plurally arranged in the axial direction of a work roll and whose quantities of cooling water is independently adjustble based on the predicted value or measured value of the profile of work roll and the cross angle of the work roll and controlling cooling of the surface of the work roll. SOLUTION: In a shape controller 5, the roll profile of the present work roll is calculated based on the actual use data of the work rolls 2a, 2b from a host computer or the roll profile data measured with profile meters 7a, 7b. Based on this calculated value and the rolling conditions of the stock to be rolled next, the optimum cross angle at each stand is decided. Next, the distribution in the width direction of the gap between the upper and lower work rolls in the case that rolling is executed at this cross angle at each stand is predicted. Based on this distribution in the width direction, the quantity of cooling water in each position in the width direction is calculated and the opening degree of each flow rate adjusting valve 8a, 8b is decided.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly operate a hydraulic machine without degrading performance of a hydraulic fluid by holding a vapor phase part temperature in an oil pressure tank and a temperature of the side wall part and the top plate part contacting with this vapor phase part higher than a temperature of the hydraulic fluid. SOLUTION: A temperature of the tank vapor phase part 3 is measured by a temperature sensor 5 to be compared with a preset temperature. When a measured value is lower than the preset temperature, the temperature is adjusted so as to stop heating when reaching a prescribed temperature by heating the vapor phase part 3 by a heating means (for example, an electric heating heater) arranged on a tank side wall 15 and a top plate 16. Dew condensation to the tank top plate part and the side wall part can be prevented thereby. A heat reserving material 4 is considered so as to minimize a temperature drop in the vapor phase part 3. Separation of a water particle from oil can be prevented by agitating the precipitated waterdrop by a hydraulic supply pump 10 since an operating fluid 2 is taken out of a sucking-out port 13 of the tank bottom part through the hydraulic supply pump 10 even if the dewed waterdrop is accumulated in the bottom part of a tank 1.

SOLUTION: The water content is measured to calculate a water supply quantity as the performance of an emulsibied hydraulic oil 2 is impaired by the lowering of the water content during the operation of a hydraulic system. The hydraulic oil 2 of low water content in a pressure-oil tank 1 is discharged through a supply pump 3, the impurity is removed by means of a filter 4, a discharging amount is measured by a flow meter 6 to adjust the same to a predetermined flow rate by a flow rate adjustment valve 5, and the water is sent to a rough mixing device 7. The supply water is sent to the rough mixing device 7 from a supply water source 8 through a water supply pump 9 and a filter 10 while predetermining a flow rate of the supply water within a range not gelatinizing the hydraulic oil 2. The mixture liquid from the rough mixing device 7 is emulsified by a stirring device 13, and the water supply is stopped when the supplied water content reaches the calcualted amount. The lowering of the water content of the hydraulic oil can be continuously and rapidly adjusted on-line.

When the variation amplitude exceeds the controlling upper limit value, an alarm is sounded. By this method, the generation of the faulty quality such as a faulty winding shape of the coil and a press-fitting flaw are prevented.
