摘要： PURPOSE:To enable to take out a high boiling point component with a desired concn. by a method wherein a heating tank comminucated with an outer periphery immediately blow a mass exchange portion of a bottom or an interior of an exchange tower is provided in the vicinity of a bottom portion of said tower to prevent a stored substance in said tower and a product in a tower bottom from being mixed each other during stopping operation. CONSTITUTION:The vapor such as light water containing a minute amount of tritium water and a reflux liquid are contacted in a mass exchange portion 2 of a mass exchange tower 1 to be heat excchange and the tritium water with a high b.p. is lowered to a tower bottom portion 3 and, subsequently, flowed into a heating tank 4 through a partition valve 5 of a fine pipe 6. Herein, said tritium water is heated by heater 7 to be concentrated to a predetermined concn. and the concentrated tritium water is taken out through an opening and closing valve 8, a take-out pipe 9 of a high b.p. component concentrated liquid. During stopping of the operation, the electric current applied to the heater 7 of the heating tank 4 is stopped and the partition valve 5 of the fine pipe 6 is closed. As a result, the tritium water stored in the heating tank 4 and the fine pipe 6 is not mixed with light water and the desired concn. attained during operation is maintained.
