The liq. supply is stopped, when the liq. surface lowers from the reference value at the rate of 10mm/sec.

The specific polyvinyl alcohol is preferably added in the range of 0.2 - 10pts.wt. per 100pts.wt. of the organic solid substance, and especially the addition amount ranging 1.0 - 5pts.wt. is preferable. On the other hand, the methyl celluloses to be used in combination is desirably added in the range of 0.05 - 50pts.wt. per 1pts.wt. of the specific polyvinyl alcohol, and particularly the addition amount ranging 0.5 - 5pts.wt. is suitable.
