    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a grain oriented silicon steel sheet using no inhibitors from deteriorating in magnetic characteristics in a secondary recrystallization annealing. SOLUTION: In the production method, when a recrystallization-annealed shee, the starting material of which is a slab containing, by mass, ≤0.08% C, 2.0 to 8.0% Si and 0.005 to 1.0% Mn, and containing no inhibitor components, is subjected to secondary recrystallization annealing so as to be heated-up to the temperature range of 825 to 1,000°C and be held thereto, the secondary recrystallization annealing is performed in an Ar atmosphere in the period of time of ≥70% in the period from the time when the annealing temperature reaches 800°C to the point of time after 20 hr from the time at which the annealing temperature has reached the secondary recrystallization temperature of the steel sheet.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an annealing-separation agent for preventing the burning-sticking of both grain-oriented electromagnetic steel sheets, and an annealing method utilizing it, and a method for producing the grain-oriented electromagnetic steel sheet using this annealing-separation agent. SOLUTION: The annealing-separation agent contains an Al compound in a state of solution or colloidal solution and further, a stable compound at a high temperature, and has ≤25 (mPa s) viscosity. Further, this annealing-separation agent is applied to the steel sheet and the coated steel sheet is annealed. Furthermore, a slab produced from molten steel containing prescribed components, is rolled to a finished sheet thickness to form the steel sheet and recrystallize-annealing and a first batch annealing with the above annealing method are applied and successively, a continuous annealing and a second batch annealing are applied by applying the second annealing-separation agent to produce the grain-oriented electromagnetic steel sheet. Therein, the recrystallize-annealing is applied either before applying a first annealing-separation agent or after applying the first annealing-separation agent and before batch annealing.
