    • PURPOSE:To make it possible to incorporate a transformer into an electric machine by miniaturizing by a method wherein a core, provided with two cut- cores opposingly positioned and winding housing space, is formed and a winding is arranged by winding in the winding housing space. CONSTITUTION:The transformer is provided with an almost doughnut-shaped coil 12 and a core 14 formed by almost cylindrical large diameter yoke 141 with which a cylindrical small diameter core leg 14D, on which the coil 12 is wound around, and the core leg 14D are connected. In this transformer, the coil 12 is arranged in the winding-housed space formed in the core 14, and as the coil 12 is gaplessly surrounded by the core 14, the occupation rate can be improved. Accordingly, the housing space of the transformer can be decreased. Also, as the coil 12 is housed in the core 14 and it is not exposed, the metal case, which shuts out the electromagnetic noise coming from outside, is unnecessitated, and as a result, the housing space of the transformer can be decreased.

    • PURPOSE:To enable effective power transmission and distribution by stepping down voltage higher than the voltage of commercial power to the voltage of commercial power by a transformer and branching the stepped-down power to a plurality of load having different rated voltage. CONSTITUTION:A transformation panel board 20 is supplied with voltage of 240V/415V by trunk cables 40 by three-phase four-wire leading from a transformation facility, either phase of an N phase and R, S, T is connected to a breaker 24, and the primary side of a transformer 26 is supplied with voltage of 240V. The transformer 26 steps down voltage of 240V, and simultaneously outputs voltage of 200V from a tap T2 and voltage of 100V from a tap T1. Consequently, each of AC power of 200V for a lamp facility between a breaker 30 and a neutral terminal 32 and AC power of 100V for one between a breaker 28 and the neutral terminal 32 is obtained. Accordingly, a voltage drop and power loss in a transmission line up to the panel board 20 are reduced, thus enabling effective power transmission and distribution.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain uneven floor conformity, load resistive stability, inexpensiveness, an easy handleability, etc., by disposing support pillar portions at predetermined distances in longitudinal and lateral directions, and mounting a nonflammable auxiliary panel having a sleeve portion projected at its bottom plate portion on the main panel formed by connecting lower ends of the support pillar portions by beams. SOLUTION: The panel is formed by an injection molding method by disposing hollow support pillar portions 11 in longitudinal and lateral directions, connecting the lower ends of the support pillar portions with beams 12 and forming a projection on each upper end surface. In this instance, in order to facilitate the division of the main panel 1, a slit groove is made on the support pillar portion 11. In addition, sleeve portions 21 to be inserted in the support pillar portions 11 are projected at the bottom portions 22. Main panels 1, 1 are arranged at the floor foundation surface, and auxiliary panels 2 are placed on a group of the arranged main panels 2. Subsequently, spaces between the support pillar portions 11 are employed as wiring spaces for laying electric power cables, telephone cables, and information cables. After that, a steel cover panel is loosely arranged at each projection 14. In this manner, uneven floor conformity is ensured, so that a stable floor can be executed in conjunction with an anti-buckling property between the support pillar portions 11.
