SOLUTION: The shutter 60 is detachably fitted to the nozzle-projection opening part 58 of a tank cover unit 20. A projecting part 63 is formed downward from a supporting body 62 of the shutter 60. A recessed part 65 with which the projecting part 63 is engaged from the above is formed in a rear base plate 22 fixed to a Western-style toilet bowl 10. In a state that the tank cover unit 20 is lowered, the projecting part 63 is engaged with the recessed part 65 from the above to prevent the shutter 60 from coming off. When the tank cover unit 20 is lifted, the projecting part 63 comes out of the recessed part 65 to enable the shutter 60 to be disengaged.

When a stop switch 33 is pressed, firstly the main valve 2 is closed, and then the drain valve 21 is opened, and the changeover valve 6 is closed. On the other hand, when the drain valve 21 is opened, the internal pressure in the warm water tank 4 is quickly reduced, and therefore the changeover valve 6 is smoothly operated.
