摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a logic integrated circuit device which copes with an input signal with a small amplitude and is also provided with many MOS input circuits that do not need stationary operation current, etc., low power consumption. SOLUTION: An input circuit INC1 comprises input MOSFETs P1 and N1 which receive an input signal Vin1 with a small amplitude based on an input inverter V1 including a logical threshold control MOSFET P6 that is provided on a source side. Together with it with the same configuration as it, a logical threshold control circuit VLTC which includes a control inverter V4 that receives reference voltage VREF at an input terminal and a differential circuit DC which receives an output signal of the inverter V4 at one input terminal and receives prescribed intermediate voltage VH at the other input terminal is provided to plural input circuits in common. Here, control voltage VC that is a substantial noninverted or inverted output signal of a differential circuit is supplied to gates of the MOSFETs P6 and P7 of the input circuit and the logic threshold control circuit VLTC.
