摘要： PURPOSE:To efficiently air-cool a cell without obstructing the action of a safety valve. CONSTITUTION:A thermally contractive tube 2 covers the outer circumferential side face 1A of a unit cell 1 and the circumference part, of an electrode end face 1B on a safety valve side of the unit cell 1. In the safety valve side electrode end face 1B, watertight structure adhesion is accomplished between a seal plate 4 provided with an electrode through hole and the thermally contractive tube 2 in the circumference part via a force peeling adhesive layer 3. Through the electrode through hole in the seal plate 4, a lead tab 5 is connected to an electrode on the safety valve side. An adhesive 6 is watertightly applied into a clearance between the electrode though hole and the lead tab 5. In this way, coating is carried out and a waterproof condition is accomplished under such a condition as pressurized gas inside the cell is discharged, when the safety valve is opened. Therefore, the unit cell 1 can be efficiently air-cooled without obstructing the action of the safety valve in the case of heavy-current.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a wet type secondary battery wherein adequateness of battery reaction and reaction capacity can be improved by a zinc plate improving gas reaction of oxygen reaction or the like and impeding an active material from moving. CONSTITUTION:A wet secondary battery 10 is constituted of a battery jar 12, internal pressure adjusting member 14, plate group 16, space part 18 for guiding surplus gas generated in the plate group 16 to the internal pressure adjusting member 14 and plug terminals 20. The plate group 16 is enveloped by a sealing member 30 and a space partitioning member 22. Accordingly, gas-state oxygen is forced circulated at a suitable gas pressure between constitutional elements, as a result, to perform giving an electron to a zinc plate 26 through oxygen reaction. Accordingly, a reaction area, where giving/receiving of the electron through the oxygen reaction is executed, can be remarkably enlarged, so that reaction capacity can be remarkably increased.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent thermal deterioration of a resilient member, by a method wherein the open end, facing on a combustion chamber, of a seat member making slide contact with a slide valve body is steppedly reduced in size to insert it in the open end of an exhaust passage and the like, and this surrounds a resilient member through the force of which the slide valve body is pressed against the seat member. CONSTITUTION:An exhaust passage 7, open to a combustion chamber 6 formed with the upper end surface of a piston and a recessed part 3a of a cylinder head 3, and a suction passage are formed in cylinder heads 3 and 4, and slide valves 10 are respectively disposed to the open ends thereof. The slide valve 10 is formed with seat members 11 and 12, a valve body 13, a seal sleeve 14, etc. In this constitution, the seat member 11 includes a large part 11c, engaged with the recessed part 3a, and a small part 11c' engagedly inserted in a hole 3a' formed concentrically therewith. Further, an annular space 3c is formed with the end surface of the recessed part 3a, positioned facing that of the seat member 11 and the small part 11c', and the seal spring 14 is engagedly placed internally of the space 3c.

At this time, the rotary valve 10 stops in the perfectly opened state until the pin 33b for closing valve of the driving wheel 33 is engaged with the groove 35b of the driven wheel 35. Therefore, the intake efficiency can be improved markedly.
