CONSTITUTION:The information needed to set a test channel selected by a time division channel 61 of a station 60 to be centralized and among the information fed to a maintainer interface device 51 by a maintainer and needed for test is transferred to a call process controller 62. At the same time, the information needed to set a channel test device 52 at a test state and the information needed to connect a designated station, i.e., a station 60 to the device 52 among stations 60... after the actuation of a switch 53 are transmitted to each corresponding device from a channel test controller 54. The device 52 is connected to the channel 61 via the switch 53 and a digital transmission line D and forms a selected test channel to perform various types of tests. The controller 54 monitors the test state of the device 52 and transmits the test state to the controller 62 after the test is over to open the test channel. At the same time, the results of tests are collected and displayed by means of the device 51.

Namely, the same data is sent out twice continuously. Data transfer speed conversion part 3 at the incoming side samples and sends either of the same two continuous data to receiver 4.
