The termination-side exchange 4 receives them by a training signal receiving circuit 43 through a distribution stage channel 3 41 to detect time slots having the same number from the training signal group and recognize the rule of time slot rearrangement from the phase relation, thereby setting addresses from a memory 441 in an address generating circuit 443. Then, the selector 442 is changed over and a counter 444 generates a sequential address; and the selector 442 is changed and the readout order is restored according to the addresses stored in the circuit 443.

CONSTITUTION:If an incoming call comes while a mail box contracted subscriber 4 is disabled for communication because of absence, a sender subscriber 5 makes a call by using a conventional incoming subscriber identification number (telephone number) so as to make communication with the mail box contracted subscriber 4. On the other hand, an MBOX1 uses a received incoming subscriber number 4 as a clue to find out the registration and message group of the mail box contracted subscriber thereby retrieving the presence of a message registered in the opposite identification number coincident with the said sender subscriber identification number. If the corresponding message exists, after it is transmitted to a calling subscriber 5 for the voice message and the message is transmitted to the registered calling subscriber 5.

The exchange 7 sends this call to a telephone exchange 2a from an office number ''700'' of the received selected signals. Then the call is connected with relay to the exchange 6 via a straight circuit 8a. The exchange 6 extends and sets a bus to the terminal 5a via a remote line concentrator 4a. Thus a communication bus is completed between the telephone 3c and the terminal 5a to perform the desired communication.
