    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an effective and appropriate control method that stably and efficiently executes frequency control of distributed power supplies.
      SOLUTION: A control method for distributed power supplies is configured as follows. When executing power fluctuation compensation by cooperatively controlling distributed power supplies respectively having following performance to changes in power demand, time-series data of load variations to be compensated and frequency variations are statistically analyzed. Consequently, the load variations are separated into controllable components and unpredictable load variations in frequency bands so as to maximally reduce an amount of compensation by making any one of the respective distributed power supplies share the load variations. The magnitude of the load variations to be shared and compensated by each distributed power supply is set so as to control the output of each distributed power supply, thereby compensating unpredictable random load variations in the frequency bands.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system frequency stabilizing device which copes with many factors that arise, when accurately balancing between supply and demand, if the route of a trunk line is interrupted by a system accident.SOLUTION: A power system frequency stabilizing device 1 includes: a means for always measuring the output of generators 4 in a system and a load power-flow value of a main transformer substation; an accident-signal transmitting means for transmitting an accident signal to a system frequency stabilizing means, when an accident is detected; a part for preliminarily calculating a control amount that preliminarily calculates a control amount required, when the system accident occurs by using an electric-circuit model in the system and on-line data; and a correction control amount calculating part for calculating a correction control amount, on the basis of the generator drop amount, load drop amount, and observation value of a change in system frequency. Consequently, control with a required minimum control amount is executed and effects on the system based on excessive control are avoided, and thereby quick, stable, and accurate convergence of the frequency oscillation of a separated system to a target value is available.
