    • PURPOSE:To reduce fatigue of the human body by setting up a storable rack in a side plate of a car, so that a baggage or the like not desired to be placed on a floor by a passenger can be mounted. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of racks 8 are drawably mounted in a suitable part on a side plate in a car, so that a baggage can be placed on the rack by drawing out a suitable number of the racks 8 by considering size or the like of the baggage. Each rack 8 is stored in a storehouse 2 of the side plate 1, but a supporting point 3 for supporting the rack 8 is positioned to an inside of the car from the center of gravity of the rack 8 so as to prevent it from springing out unexpectedly due to vibration of an elevator. Thus, by increasing rotary moments 4a, 4b of the rack 8 in a storage side 4a, the safety is ensured. In the case of drawing out the rack 8, a part A is pressed by force P1 so as to be moved. A reinforcement 5 is applied to the side plate 2 so that the rack can resist against weight of the baggage, and also providing a cushion material 6 to relax a shock when drawn out.

    • PURPOSE:To enable the simultaneous operation of a floor door and a cage door by holding the engaging piece of the floor door by the rotational movement of engaging rollers disposed at the cage door, around a fulcrum. CONSTITUTION:An engaging plate 21 fitted at a cage door 1 is provided with engaging rollers 22a-22d installed by a cross-shape lever 24 in such a way as to be disposed diagonally around the fixed axis 23 of the engaging plate 21. A lever 25 for transmitting the driving force of a door motor is rigidly fixed at the lever 24. Stopper pins 26a, 26b are also fitted at the engaging plate 21 so that the rotational movement of the engaging rollers 22a-22d becomes lower than the fixed quantity. When the motor is rotated clockwise, the rotation of the engaging rollers 22a-22d is converted into the anticlockwise turning force F1. The turning force F1 is converted by the stopper pin 26a into horizontal force F2 for moving the cage door 1 in the opening direction at the short engaging state completing time when the engaging rollers are releasing the lock of a floor door, so that the cage door 1 and the floor door are moved simultaneously.

    • PURPOSE:To shorten a construction period by situating the vertical part of a door hanger at the more elevator shaft side than a hall door, and connecting a lower end of this door hanger to an upper part of the hall door with an almost Z-shaped intermediate member. CONSTITUTION:An almost Z-shaped intermediate member 9 is installed in space between a hall door 5 and a door hanger 7, and at one side of this Z-shaped member, the door hanger 7 is tightly installed and the hall door 5 at the other side with bolts 10, 11, respectively. Then, an upper side part 9a of this intermediate member 9 is set to the more elevating shaft side (left of drawing) than the hall door 5 so as to make a header 4 arrangeable without chipping a building wall 1, and further the lower side part 9b is made into such a positional relationship so as to be situated on a top part (right of drawing). In addition, the lower side part 9b is lowered at one step down to the upper side part 9a of the intermediate member 9, and the bolt 11 to be locked with an upper reinforcing plate 5a of the hall door 5 is extended upward, preventing it from getting in the way.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a working process which can reduce the continuous stopping period in removing an existing elevator and installing a new elevator. SOLUTION: This modification process is divided into a first period work in which the existing landing hall side is divided and a new one is installed when the existing elevator is removed and a new one is installed; and a second period work in which a car is provided after all the floor landing halls are exchanged to new ones; while the elevator is normally operated in all the working periods. In this case, since the engaging positions in the new and the old constructions are different, an engaging element fitting to the engaging device position of the existing car is installed in the first work period, it is connected and interlocked with a landing hall door locking device through a connection member, a door lock SW is operated, and a device to allow to open and close a door is provided, so as to make it possible to carry out the processing. This process is composed of an engaging element 14 for working installed to a newly construction landing hall dore 12, and a landing hall door locking device 16 connected by a connecting member 15.

CONSTITUTION: A physically handicapped person pushes a hallbutton 5 for a physically handicapped person fixed to a building 1 to register an elevator call. Indicator lamps 7, 16 installed at all floors and in a car are lighted to arouse the attention of other users. When an elevator lands and passengers get in, a horizontally opening/closing hall door 3 is opened, and the physically handicapped person gets in along a handrail 15 in a car and pushes a desired floor button on an operation panel 14 for a physically handicapped person. The elevator is operated and reaches the floor desired by the physically handicapped person after stopping at the floors desired by other passengers on the way, the indicator lamps 7, 16 are turned off when a car door 17 is opened, and the attention of the other passengers is released. The elevator becomes safe for the physically handicapped person.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce the friction force between a weight and a guide body by providing guide pieces each made of a short, low-friction, abrasion-resistant material at three positions in two directions in an automatic door closing device automatically closing a door via the tare weight of a weight lifted or lowered by the opening/closing shifts of the door. CONSTITUTION:When the door 4 of the landing door device of an elevator is opened by an electric driving device, a weight 11 is guided by a guide body 8 and moved upward, and the door 4 is invariably excited in the closing direction from the opened state of the door 4 by the gravitational force of the weight 11. The weight 11 is applied with acceleration and lateral force when the door 4 is opened or closed and reversed in addition to the vertical motion. Guide pieces 13 each made of a short material such as rubber are arranged at three positions in two directions of the weight 11, and each guide piece 13 is fitted with a sliding piece 13a made of a abrasion-resistant nonmetal material having a small friction coefficient. The friction force between the weight 11 and the guide body 8 is reduced, and noises caused by sliding and collision can be reduced.
