When the integrated value becomes a setting value or more, a bias drive part 15 corrects brightness, and delicate irregularity of chromaticity is corrected by controlling the bias as chromaticity correction. Moreover, a beam limiter 21 detects the state in which the electron beam of the CRT 11 no longer increases, and a message display part 31 displays on the CRT 11 that the device's life has come to an end, and is thus able to notify a user of it.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to quantitatively express the focus determination by measuring the luminance of the light of the infinitesimal surface from a material to be measured by using an optical fiber having an infinitesimal diameter and measuring the luminance by continuously altering the place. SOLUTION: An infinitesimal diameter optical fiber 2 is approached to an object 3 to be measured by a fiber fixing part 4, and only the light of the infinitesimal surface of the object 3 is incident to the fiber 2. The light of the infinitesimal surface is passed through the fiber 2, received by a photoreceiving part 7 in an infinitesimal surface luminance measuring apparatus 1, converted to a luminance value by a controller 8 and stored in a memory 9. Then, the fiber 2 is moved by an arm 5 on the surface of the object 3, and the luminance is measured similarly to the above. A character pattern is displayed on a display unit of the object, and when the place is continuously altered with respect to the pattern and measured, the quantitative expression of the focus determination can be performed.
