摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a press plate of good printing quality by a method wherein after completion of printing, a printing operation is performed in such a manner that ink is prevented from being delivered again to improve fixing performance of ink and reduce irregularities of dots of ink. SOLUTION: Since a printing part 1 is slidably held on a guide rail 3 and partially fixed to a timing belt, the printing part 1 can be moved in a direction as indicated by arrow A by operating a motor normally and reversely. And by operating a motor 12 normally and reversely, a block 14 is moved along the axis of a ball screw 11 so that an arm part 2 is moved vertically as indicated by arrow B. Thus, after completion of printing, if a printing operation, wherein ink is not ejected, is performed again on a printed press plate, ink is made even by the heat of a print head so that the ink is fixed and the irregularity of dots of ink can be reduced, and hence printing quality of the press plate can be improved.

In the constitution, only when first engagement parts 17a, 17b equipped with projections for pressing two cover open switches of front covers 14a, 14b are engaged with a cover open switch 19e set at the engagement stay part 19f of the upper cover 19, that is, only when the openable three covers are closed, a press plate machine is allowed to operate. Printing in a state without the covers being open is eliminated, and therefore ease of handling is improved.

CONSTITUTION:A printing head 2 projects ink to a medium 1 to perform printing while moves on a printing head rail in parallel to the medium 1. At this time, a reservoir 3 moves on a reservoir rail 5. The printing head 2 and the reservoir 3 are connected by a tube 6 and the ink of the reservoir 3 is supplied to the printing head 2. Since the printing head 2 is cut off from the reservoir 3, it can be reduced in its wt. Since the reservoir 3 moves at a speed almost half the moving speed of the printing head 2 in synchronism with the printing head 2, the supply of ink to the printing head 2 can be performed without generating a problem.

The printing part paper 18b is sent from the feed roll 18a to pass on a paper fit part 15, held at the transfer roll 18c and transferred in a C direction by the motor 19. The roll paper is then cut by the roll paper-cutting mechanism and guided to the stacker 21 because of its own weight.

SOLUTION: The ink 2 of an ink reservoir 1 is fed to the ink chamber 8 and nozzles 5 in a printing head 4 by an ink hose 3 and the ink 11 is emitted from the nozzles 5 by the contraction and restoration of a piezoelectric element 7 through a diaphragm 6 to perform printing. Further, a rubber film being an elastic member 9 is provided in an ink route and absorbs a pressure change caused by shock waves to relax the pressure change in the ink chamber 8 to prevent the breakage of the meniscus caused by the surface tension of the ink 2 in the nozzles 5 and the penetration of air from the nozzles 5 and the erroneous injection of ink are prevented. Therefore, erroneous printing or the non-injection of ink by the shock applied to the ink hose 3 can be prevented.

摘要： PURPOSE:To set automatically the reception position by allowing a controller to set a delay time to a fetch signal delay circuit sequentially by one period while deviating the delay time from an initial value by a prescribed value one after another, storing an image in an image memory and setting the delay time to the fetch signal delay circuit so that the phase relation between the video signal and the fetched signal is set correctly. CONSTITUTION:A fetch signal delay circuit 8 receives an initial value a0 to set a fetch position N to the initial value a0. Then an image is stored in an image memory 5. Then image data are binarized. Furthermore, a data string at both side where the image data changes from 0 to 1 is detected. When one data string is in existence, the data string and preceding and succeeding data in one dot each are stored in a memory. Then the etch position is sequentially set to a0+a, a0+2a,... a0+T-a (T is a period of video signal and (a) is a fetch position revision) and the data are stored in a memory 9. The phase of the fetch signal and that of the video signal are matched based on a tilt at each point obtained from the fetch result to set the fetch position.
