A second coolant 6 for immersing the electronic devices 3 is injected into the case 4, the cooling plates 1 are arranged on at least four sides, e.g. upper/lower sides and right/left sides, of the outer wall 4A of the case 4, and tight contact between the outer wall 4A and the cooling plates 1 is released as required. Cooling efficiency is enhanced by transferring the heat from the electronic devides 3 through the second coolant 6 to the wall face 4A of the case 4 while furthermore contacting the cooling plates 1 tightly.
