SOLUTION: In an anchoring body 10 for use, an irregular portion is formed by providing a plurality of protrusions 13 along the axial direction of a core material 12 made of a high-strength steel material. The anchoring body 10 has a diameter 1-1.5 times larger than that of the reinforcement 20 to be connected. A leading end of the reinforcement 20 is provided with a tapered screw portion 22; and the tapered screw portion 22 is screwed to a female screw portion 11a provided in the anchoring body 10, so as to connect the anchoring body 10 and the reinforcement 20 together.
